Surfing is an opportunity to do something outside of your comfort zone. The founder’s vision is to create a community of surf shops that supports people who would like to get into the sport. Their goal is to share the teaching they learned in Bali with people in the U.S. Surfing has changed their lives for the better. The founder’s hope is to inspire more people to learn how to surf.
Sunset Love is a surf and coffee shop based in Bali and Laguna Beach, California. The brand was inspired by the surf lifestyle in Bali. After owning a surf shop in Padang Padang, Bali for decades, they will be opening a few physical shops in southern California. MIA/HUNTER was tasked with creating the brand, packaging design, and online shop. We collaborated with a talented illustrator and designer based in Indonesia named Ilham Afrora. He was able to capture the founder’s vision for something fun and hip.
