Tempo is a smart home gym featuring live and on-demand classes. We helped the marketing team launch their 2.0 version of the platform. We supported launching the product through email, SMS, In-app, and social media.

Utilizing in-app messaging, we provided timely and relevant information directly within the Tempo.fit application. This allowed us to notify users about new features, exclusive promotions, and personalized content. For instance, when users achieved significant milestones, we sent them congratulatory in-app messages that also suggested next steps to enhance their overall experience. This targeted communication not only elevated user satisfaction but also encouraged users to explore additional app functionalities.

To extend our reach, we implemented SMS messaging, effectively engaging users outside the app. Known for its high open rates, SMS provided a direct line to communicate essential updates and reminders to users' mobile devices. For example, we launched SMS campaigns to remind users about upcoming events or important deadlines relevant to their activities within the app. This proactive communication kept users connected and motivated to engage more frequently with the platform.
